Check out my featured article that talks about how I became a resilient woman.
I wrote an article featured in Better After 50 to provide four ways to empower the everyday woman. I began teaching yoga because I knew everyone was capable of doing something amazing. Yet, there was a lack of cultural and body diversity in mainstream media. This false sense of perfection can cause people to feel underrepresented and out of touch. I help people get that back. I help them find their inner badass. Check out the article here to find out how you can empower the everyday woman!
