Package includes: Two 60 minute classes, Two 30 minute classes, One 15 minute virtual check in (used for a 15 minute class, guided meditation, or additional challenges). 30 Minute Private Yoga Flow (Available after New BosYogi 60 Min Intro Flow)
This 30 minute private session begins with reflection, gratitude, and the intentions that will guide our practice. We begin our 20 minute energy flow, one sequence at a time, and end with 6-7 minute Savasana. This training is designed for those who have very little time or would like motivation throughout the week.
60 Minute Private Yoga Flow
This 60 minute private session begins with five minutes of reflection, gratitude, and the intentions that will guide our practice. Students are encouraged to clear their minds and truly focus on the present, to be aware of their breathing, alignment, and the energy that flows through each sequence. We are then lost in the depths of breath and movement for a 40 minute guided flow. This training ends with deep relaxation, Savasana, allowing you to feel grounded and connected to the universe. During the last five minutes of training, mock practices are set for the week based on goals: strength, endurance, flexibility. You can also request mind based exercises that focus on gratitude, kindness, and will.
90 Minute Private Yoga Flow
This 90 minute private session begins with ten minutes of reflection, gratitude, and the intentions that will guide our practice. A 60 minute flow is designed in harmony with your personal goals for the practice: strength, endurance, flexibility. Deep relaxation through Savasana follows the sequences. Students are then given a two week practice challenge that supports natural improvement.
